You might be an ideal candidate for this position if you meet the following criteria:Approved by the board as a Resident in Counseling.Currently pursuing independent licensure and residing in Virginia.Must live within a 45-minute commute to the office. Initially, you will work in-office during the probationary period, transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote) thereafter.A graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program.Experience in a counseling environment addressing depression and anxiety is required.Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnoses in accordance with the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.Available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of client availability weekly.A behavioral health generalist willing to work with a diverse clientele, including couples and children.Dedicated to helping clients achieve measurable progress.Comfortable using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems.A collaborative team player — we are building a supportive clinical community and value positive contributions.CompensationThe salary can reach up to $53,300, depending on licensure type, session volume, and available bonuses.
