Senior Director of Clinical Data Management (HYBRID IN BOSTON)The Sr. Director, Clinical Data Management is responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight of data management activities across a clinical development portfolio. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, including CROs, central laboratories, and other vendors, to ensure high‑quality and timely clinical data delivery. The position reports into senior clinical development operations leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead clinical data management across clinical trials and programs.Build and manage the data management function and CRO/vendor relationships.Oversee EDC database design, validation, data quality, and study closeout.Ensure timely, inspection‑ready data for clinical and regulatory submissions.Contribute to budgets, timelines, SOPs, and team mentoring.Qualifications10+ years of clinical data management experience in pharma/biotech; people management experience.Strong expertise with EDC systems, CDISC standards, and regulatory requirements.Proven experience managing CROs and external data vendors.Deep knowledge of GCP/ICH and 21 CFR Part 11.Willingness to travel ~20%; transplant experience a plus.
