Title: Bilingual HR GeneralistHours: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $65K–$80KLocation: West Chicago, ILA growing manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team due to continued company growth and recent acquisitions. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of HR functions in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with leadership and employees across warehouse, production, and office teams.This position will focus heavily on HR compliance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS support while also assisting with onboarding and recruiting initiatives.
