Warehouse Supervisor

Eclipse is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. These aren’t just words, they’re how we show up every day.If you’re someone who loves working as part of a team, takes pride in delivering great results, wants the ability to own your work, and is always looking for ways to grow while doing the right thing, then Eclipse Advantage is the place for you. 3rd Shift, 9pm start time, Monday-FridayResponsibilities and essential job functions:Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping stock and related problems.Supervisor will relay or delegate daily communication and reporting to the customerMaintains employee Safety Training and Compliance schedule and records.Responsible for operations costs: warehouse, personnel, and related expensesSchedules staff hours to align with customer requirementsReviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established proceduresDetermines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow; reviews and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinatesExamines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policy.Supervises the completion of all housekeeping and other duties as assigned for the warehouseCollaborates with Site Manager for all interviews, hires, and training of employees; prepares and submits all required paperwork.
