At Solution Community, we are turning that vision into reality, driving transformative change that reshapes the future.The Role: RecruiterAs a Recruiter, you will be a driving force in building the most passionate and capable global team of changemakers. You will have complete autonomy to lead the recruitment lifecycle — from crafting compelling job descriptions to identifying exceptional candidates and organizing final interviews. You’ll work closely with the Lead Recruiter while owning the hiring journey end to end.Conditions:Location: RemoteCommitment: Part-time (volunteer, pro bono role)Contribution Requirements: Minimum 10–15 hours per week; minimum 3 monthsWhat Will You Do?Own the Process: Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across departments.Create with Impact: Write job descriptions that attract mission-aligned talent — no approvals needed, your judgment leads the way.Screen and Select: Review applications, evaluate candidates, and determine who should move forward in the process.Coordinate with Purpose: Arrange interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Partner Strategically: Work closely with the Lead Recruiter to refine processes and recruitment strategy while maintaining full ownership of your hires.Elevate Our Culture: Identify candidates who not only meet the role’s needs but also enhance our collaborative and impact-driven community.Who Are We Looking For?Autonomous Operators: You’re proactive, confident in your decisions, and thrive in an environment with full trust and no micromanagement.Experienced Recruiters: You bring 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, impact-driven environments.Strong Communicators: You articulate roles clearly, ask the right questions, and build strong rapport with candidates and team members alike.Mission-Driven Professionals: You believe in the power of purpose and want to use your recruitment expertise to drive real-world change.What We Offer:Global Collaboration: Partner with world leaders and strategists from Forbes 2000 Global legends.
