As a Product Security Assessor - Jr, you will be part of the Product Security team supporting security assessments across various products and platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Product Security Assessor - Jr,Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin (Remote work available)Pay RangeWhat's the Job?Perform structured, risk-based security assessments of cloud services, backend systems, IoT devices, and DevSecOps pipelines. Evaluate architectures, implementations, and controls against established security standards such as IEC 62443. Document assessment scope, findings, and compliance status clearly and thoroughly. Conduct threat modeling and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and impacts. Provide actionable remediation guidance to engineering teams to enhance security posture. What's Needed?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in product security, cloud security, DevSecOps, or IoT security roles. Strong understanding of backend cloud architectures, container platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews. Familiarity with security standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53.
