Brand Specialist
The Brand Specialist - PURALIMA will lead and execute all aspects of marketing for the brand, including brand strategy, social media, digital, and field marketing. This role serves as the day-to-day owner of PURALIMA’s marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand presence across all customer touchpoints.This is a hands-on role for a highly organized, creative marketer who can bring campaigns and experiences to life while building meaningful connections with the customer.Brand & CampaignsOwn and execute the PURALIMA marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and brand momentsEnsure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channelsTranslate brand strategy into clear, compelling campaignsSocial Media ContentLead social media strategy and content planning across platformsOversee content creation, including shoot direction and asset developmentManage community engagement and influencer partnershipsTrack performance and optimize based on insightsDigital MarketingManage email, app, and website content and communicationsOversee digital customer experience across key touchpointsMonitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagementField MarketingExecute local marketing initiatives, events, and activations to deepen connection with the community and boost brand affinity.Cross-Functional SupportPartner with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiativesSupport the catering vertical with marketing and promotionQualificationsAt least 2-3 years of experience in brand, digital, or social media marketingStrong understanding of social media and content-driven marketingExcellent written communication skills and attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPassion for brand building, wellness, and customer experienceWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent, high-quality execution across all marketing channelsStrong and growing social media presencePassion for the brandEffective campaign and activation execution
