Job Posting Title PRN Residential Support Staff - Direct Care Job Description PRN Residential Support Staff -Direct Care Schedule: PRN - One on One Support Staff/ PRN as needed to cover shifts Days, Evening ,Overnights and weekend shifts Location: Mill Spring, NC Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour Benefits: Retirement Plan with company matchFree Meals on shift ResponsibilitiesProvide safety and security of the facility both inside and outside doing hourly roundsSupport residents in maintaining healthy sleep schedulesCompletes bed checks as neededCompletes timely documentationAssists in cleaning and organizing of community spacesGeneral knowledge of resident's goals, build rapport, and provide supportAdministration of routine and as needed medications for residents ,work in the med roomProblem-solve and work in crisis situationsCommunicate to shift staff for support when help is needed QualificationsCandidates need to be at least 21 years old with a clear to acceptable driving record to be on CooperRiis driver insurance , Administration medical training a plus.Previous experience working in a residential community or transitional living program preferred *CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
