Gassen Management is currently seeking professional Front Desk Attendants to join our team at a prestigious condominium in downtown Minneapolis. As a Front Desk Attendant, you’ll play a crucial role in embodying these values while providing top-notch service to our residents, guests, and vendors. Responsibilities: Provide superior customer service by promptly addressing resident inquiries and concerns. Assist in enforcing Association Rules and Regulations to maintain a harmonious community environment. Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any equipment or operational issues to the supervisor. Act as a liaison between residents, management, and external parties. Utilize your computer skills to manage front desk operations efficiently. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer serve role is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to take direction well while also demonstrating initiative and self-starting abilities. Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
