Senior Analyst

We are assisting a client in their search for a Capital Project Analyst. This position will support the planning, execution, data management, and financial analysis of capital projects across the company portfolio. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of project data, as well as financial reporting to optimize capital investments. The Analyst support the Construction & Development team and work closely with operations, finance, accounting, and other departments across the company to ensure that projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline while promoting efficiency and value.This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, accounting, and portfolio/project management and be eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced, and industry-leading organization. Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Data ManagementMaintain and organize large volumes of CapEx project data.Track milestones, financial progress, and prepare detailed status reports.Coordinate with project managers to resolve issues and maintain communication.Identify trends and recommend process improvements.Ensure documentation is audit‑ready and compliant.Financial Analysis & ReportingSupport development of financial models to evaluate project feasibility and ROI.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Work with Accounting to verify invoices and ensure proper coding.Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors.Analyze cost trends and contract structures to optimize spending.Integrate CapEx data into broader acquisition and growth strategies.Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Process ImprovementBuild relationships across operations, finance, accounting, and external partners.Help implement best practices for project execution and financial management.Improve processes related to tracking, cost control, and vendor management.Support integration of financial and operational data for better decision‑making.QualificationsBachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred.5+ years in finance, accounting, project management, or similar fields.Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with project management tools.Experience with automated accounting systems (NetSuite preferred).Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Proactive, self‑motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.High integrity and professionalism.
