Sales Development Representative

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – VanspeedPro Location: On-site Westminster, CAOverviewVanspeedPro builds turnkey mobile business vans, primarily grooming vans, that allow customers to start and scale service-based businesses.We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and book qualified sales calls. This role is the front line of our revenue engine and plays a critical role in turning interest into real opportunities.This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who moves fast, follows up relentlessly, and is driven by results.Core Responsibilities1. Lead Response (Inbound)Respond to all inbound leads immediately (target: under 5 minutes)Qualify prospects and move them toward a booked callMaintain consistent follow-up via call, text, and email2. Outbound ProspectingConduct daily outbound outreach (calls, texts, email, social)Target potential buyers and business ownersGenerate new opportunities and build pipeline3. Appointment SettingBook qualified calls for the closerEnsure prospects are properly informed and prepared for callsConfirm appointments to improve show rates4. CRM ManagementManage all activity inside HubSpot CRMKeep pipeline clean and updatedTrack all communication and lead status5.
