1:1 Personal Care Assistant/ Companion Care (Andover)

Providing 1:1 care in a loving home. Description We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan. We can offer flexible scheduling to accommodate preferred hours. Andover Tuesdays/Fridays 11am-1pm Female caregiver required. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care activities Perform household tasks Maintain patients care records and document provided services Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Provide clients with compassion Preferred skills and requirements Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Proficiency in English Able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs. Previous experience as a personal care assistant/caregiver Knowledge of healthcare administration Benefits: Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay ESST - Sick & Safe Time - 1 hour accumulation every 30 hours (max 48/year, max accmulation 80 hours). Salary $20 - $24 per hour
