We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive medical benefits, and a collaborative work environment.Position SummaryThe Company is seeking a mid-level Full-Stack Developer with strong healthcare integration experience to become the primary customer-facing technical resource within our development organization. This role is designed to absorb up to 40 percent of senior engineer workload while accelerating delivery of our FDA-regulated ECG monitoring and diagnostic platforms. You will operate at the intersection of clinical systems, regulated software, interoperability, DevOps, and customer integrations.Key Responsibilities:ECG Data Management and Diagnostic Platform SupportDesign and maintain ingestion pipelines for ECG sensor data and diagnostic signals.Support processing, storage, and retrieval of time-series physiological data.Assist in validation and testing of signal workflows used in regulated medical device environments.Healthcare Interoperability and Data MappingBuild and maintain interfaces using HL7 v2 messages including ORU, ORM, and ADT.Implement standard such as FHIR resources such as Observation, Diagnostic Report, Patient, and Encounter.Map diagnostic outputs to EMRs including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and eClinicalWorks.Support onboarding of new clinical sites and EMR integrations.Full-Stack Application DevelopmentDevelop clinician-facing web interfaces for reviewing diagnostic reports and trends.Implement backend services for data orchestration, storage, and audit logging.Work across modern frontend frameworks and backend services.Maintain SQL and NoSQL databases such as Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB.Interface Engine and Integration Platform ManagementConfigure and troubleshoot integration engines including Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Cloverleaf.Maintain transformation scripts, channel monitoring, and error handling pipelines.DevOps and Quality EnablementSupport CI/CD workflows within a regulated SDLC.Execute verification and validation test cases in collaboration with the Product Quality Engineer.Maintain traceability artifacts for FDA, ISO 13485, and IEC 62304 compliance.Compliance, Security, and Data ProtectionEnsure all software aligns with HIPAA and PHI handling requirements.Implement secure transport standards such as TLS, OAuth2, and JWT.Participate in cybersecurity, SOC2, and HITRUST compliance activities.QualificationsThree to five years of professional software development experience.Programming Language: C#ASP.NET (Web API / MVC) and .NET Windows services / background workersDevOps / Automation PowerShell / YAML pipelinesDatabase usage is mostly SQL Server (T-SQL)Stored procedures, Performance tuning, Indexing w/ large datasetsAWS (S3, SQS, ECS)Front-end experienceFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as DockerJavaScript is necessary preferably AngularJS experienceHands-on experience working in US healthcare environments.Strong familiarity with HL7 v2, FHIR, EMR integrations, RESTful APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases.Understanding of HIPAA and protected health information requirements.Strong written and spoken English with the ability to interact directly with US customers.Preferred QualificationsAngularJS experienceExperience supporting FDA-regulated medical device software.Exposure to ECG, cardiology, or physiological monitoring systems.Experience in remote patient monitoring or clinical analytics platforms.What Success Looks Like in the First 12 MonthsIndependently manages new customer EMR integrations.Owns integration reliability and error-resolution workflows.Reduces senior engineer workload by at least 40 percent.Is trusted by clinical partners and internal leadership.Produces audit-ready verification and validation artifacts in collaboration with the quality team.Equal Opportunity StatementPrecision Monitoring is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
