This is a mid-level role suited for an organized professional comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities• E-Commerce & Wholesale Order Processing: Accurately process e-commerce and wholesale orders, enter and maintain order records, and ensure timely fulfillment.• Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate with carriers, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, assist with order statuses, and provide a positive customer experience.• Order Return Processing: Manage product returns and exchanges, inspect returned items, update inventory, and communicate outcomes to customers.Qualifications• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, wholesale order processing, logistics coordination, or customer service.• Knowledge of computers and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Planner).• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Compensation• Hourly Rate $ 18.00 per hour.Benefits-Federal Holiday PayHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience through the platform or to our email.Email: JobApplications@Backpacksusa.net Company Description"We are a wholesale and retail company specializing in backpacks, school supplies, and hygiene kits.
