Who we areAt SII Group USA, we partner with Telecomunication industry leaders to deliver next-generation 5G radio systems in complex, multi-vendor environments.We are hiring an System Test Engineer to work on real-world 5G integration challengesWhat you’ll doThis is a hands-on system-level role, not a QA/testing checkbox job.Perform Interoperability Testing (IOT) between 5G radios and chipset/OEM vendorsDesign and execute end-to-end system test scenariosAnalyze protocol stacks and interface behavior (multi-layer)Troubleshoot complex issues using logs and protocol analyzersConfigure and upgrade radio systems (HW/SW) to support testingWork directly with external vendors and internal R&D teamsDeliver structured test reports and technical feedbackWhat we’re looking forStrong experience in 4G/5G system or radio network testingDeep understanding of 3GPP architecture and 5G interfacesHands-on experience with protocol analysis tools (Wireshark, QXDM, etc.)Strong knowledge of IP networking:IPv4 / IPv6TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPDiameter / RadiusProven ability to debug cross-layer issues Nice to haveExperience working with OEMs / chipset vendorsExposure to Nokia radio systemsExperience in end-to-end 5G integration environmentsProfile & mindsetAnalytical, structured, and comfortable with complexityAble to operate under pressure and ambiguityStrong collaboration skills across multiple organizationsHands-on, ownership-driven engineer
