Join us as we continue building a unified, global therapy organization dedicated to empowering children and families.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned rolesSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersReview resumes and assist with candidate pre-screeningMaintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentationCommunicate professionally with candidates regarding next stepsPost and manage job advertisements across multiple platformsAssist with offer letters and onboarding documentationTrack recruiting metrics and prepare reports as neededProvide administrative support to the HR and recruiting teamIn-Person Recruitment SupportAttend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach eventsRepresent the company professionally at recruiting eventsAssist in setting up recruiting booths and materialsCollect candidate information and conduct initial screenings on-siteCoordinate event logistics and recruiting strategies with the Recruiting ManagerSupport follow-up communication with event leadsQualificationsSelf-directed and able to work independently, and as a positive member of a team.Ability to work effectively with diverse staff and travel to multiple agency worksites.Experience: 1–2+ years in recruitment, ideally within healthcare or staffing.Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and regulations, Proficient with computer usage and programs such as Windows and Windows-based software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite.Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal and relational skills.High level ethics and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.Demonstrated positive attitude, resiliency, and flexibility in an ever-changing environment with multiple interruptions.Demonstrated good judgment using sound analytical solutions based on decision-making processes and approaches.Excellent and proven communication skills, both oral and written.Fingerprinting and background check as required by the Department of Justice, and current TB clearance required.Valid CA driver’s license, an automobile for agency travel, and proof of current auto insuranceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $55,000-$60,000Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insuranceGenerous Paid Time Off, plus company-observed holidaysMonthly cell phone allowance401(k) retirement plan optionsAnnual performance reviews with opportunities for advancement Equal Employment OpportunityProficio Therapy Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to building a team that represents the racial, ethnic and linguistic needs of our clients.
