The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and owning the company-wide retention strategy, using workforce data to identify and address turnover trends, and improving early-warning systems for disengagement. This role requires a strong background in onboarding and lifecycle management, leadership and management development, and a commitment to fostering a values-driven culture. The Head of HR will also be instrumental in transforming the HR function into a strategic, system-driven entity that is agile and responsive to the needs of the business. Key responsibilities for the Head of HR include talent stability and retention, onboarding and lifecycle management, leadership and management development, and workforce health and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior HR leadership role, experience in performance-driven or client-facing environments, and a strong understanding of HR best practices. A data-driven mindset, experience in implementing HR systems, and the ability to balance structure with flexibility are essential. The role demands a proactive, solution-oriented leadership style and the ability to act as a strategic partner to operational leaders, providing data-driven insights and supporting organizational design discussions.
