Be part of this exciting era of change and join us on this transformative journey.Recruiting for this role ends on 5/1/26.Work You'll DoAs an UX/UI & Delivery Lead Manager, you will:Lead and deliver high-quality UX projects on time, showcasing your expertise in user experience design and ability to independently team members, clients and deliverables across workstreamsLead client meetings and workshops, partnering with key stakeholders to drive decisions that influence design, and develop client relationshipsSolve complex user challenges through elegant, user-centered workforce technology solutions for our clientsPlan and facilitate user research across information architecture, user interviews and focus groupsSynthesize research findings into key design artifacts: personas, user journeys, design opportunitiesCreate user-friendly designs that enhance usability and optimize the overall user experience, while identifying design challenges and proposing elegant, effective solutionsUnderstand product capabilities of client's selected technology (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.) to influence design approach and produce designs that will be configurable and maintainableUtilize corporate brand documentation to ensure consistent presentation of the brand throughout the productProduce all design assets including high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, design prototypes, user scenarios, user journey maps, etc. that support intuitive and seamless user interactionsDevelop innovative approaches to complex design problems, presenting your ideas through mockups, presentations, and detailed design specifications. Uphold high standards of user-centered design, iterating quickly and testing designs to enhance usability and consistency across touchpoints. Plan and facilitate design validation activities with representative users through usability and user testingLead front-end development of designs, including working closely with developers to ensure visual design specs are deliveredEstablish efficient team processes to ensure a collaborative approach that helps us deliver a quality experience on timeAssist with presentations, communications, and product support materialsConfidently ask questions and think holistically about solutionsStay up to date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and methodologies in areas like information architecture, interaction design, and usabilityOperate effectively in both collaborative environments with other UX designers and autonomously when acting as the sole UX designer on a product squadOur ideal candidate is a versatile design generalist with deep expertise interaction design. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
