If you have a strong track record in nursing or rehabilitation, we want you on our team.Position OverviewATC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at NYCCC in Queens, NY. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and help patients reach their communication and swallowing goals.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations.Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.Provide direct therapy using evidence-based interventions.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational/physical therapists, and other staff to coordinate care.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support therapy progress.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.RequirementsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current New York State Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility).ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) may be considered.Experience in clinical, rehabilitation, outpatient, or long-term care settings preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision401(k)Tuition reimbursementFlexible schedulesLife & Disability insuranceIdentity theft protectionEmployee referral programEqual Opportunity EmployerATC Healthcare Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V).
