Shift: 8am-4:30pm
Location: 312 East 52 Bypass, Pilot Mountain, NC
Machine Operator Salary Range: Starting at $14.00/hour and up, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
Set-up your machine at the start of each shift and maintain equipment throughout your shift.
Work with the materials and machines following standard procedures.
Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.
Participate in regular training and cross-train others.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Basic computer and math skills
Mechanical aptitude
Be faithful, available, and teachable
