Psychiatrist Location: Nashville, TN #LP1 Salary: $15,600 - $25,950 per month (based on education & experience) #LP1 About the Role: Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute (MTMHI) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to provide high-quality psychiatric care in a hospital setting. MTMHI serves 17 counties and offers comprehensive psychiatric services, including short-term and long-term care, forensic services, and therapeutic treatment programs. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat individuals with complex psychiatric and addiction disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including court-ordered pre-trial assessments. Provide leadership in policy, system, and environmental change strategies. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and community stakeholders.
