Making sure fluming systems are operated correctly to avoid plug-ups. Maintain raw product flow into evenflow bins.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Guidestrucks into unloading positions. Operates forklift to transport samples to ODA grading area. Monitorsevenflowlevels. Flumesraw product intoevenflowsby using the HMI program. CompletesCL’s, CIL’s, and FSIL’s for your respective work area. Entersindefects found in your respective work area. Unloadstrucks, takesamplesandoperatereceiving equipment. Accurately completes forms asrequired. Accurately collects and labels raw product samples. Completes daily sanitation duties. Maintainsa clean receiving area, which will include shoveling, use of high-pressure water hoses, and dumping of raw waste totes. Inspectsrawproductfor foreign material. Monitorswaste pit water level,waste room hopper levels, andwater usage in Receiving. Performs other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsBasic & Preferred QualificationsEducation/ Certifications:(Required & Preferred)High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation certification arerequired. If you are not qualified, you will be trained and must meet certification requirements.Skills And ExperienceEffectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. Ability to understand instructions and follow directions in English, both written and oral. (Requirementmay vary by location).Must be able to be qualified withintime framesestablishedbyfacility. Ability to perform basic mathfunctions,required.Physical Environment/DemandsAbility tolift upto50pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. Exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hottocold in temperatureExposure to manufacturing environments for up to 8 hours perwork dayto include: loud noise, excessive heat, cold, wet, slippery conditions, dirt, fumes, smoke,smellsand allergies Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movementsrequiredfor job actions and procedures. Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment.
