Regional Director - Ophthalmology

Novaris are currently partnered with an established & forward-looking Ophthalmology group, active in the search for a Regional Director, Operations for their portfolio of practices.Our client is looking for a leader that excels in driving operational efficiency, consolidating impactful relationships with doctors and standardizing a strong culture throughout the region.Responsibilities:Oversee and support 7–12 Ophthalmic practices, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operationsIdentify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive sustainable growthMaintain full P&L ownership, with responsibility for financial performance and strategic planningChampion a patient‑centric approach, elevating satisfaction and improving NPS outcomesMentor, develop, and empower staff to foster a high‑performing team cultureRequirements:Multi-site experience in Ophthalmology strongly preferredAbility for 60% travelIf you feel you are suitable for this role please apply below.Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to notify unsuccessful applicants.
