Summary of Duties
Speech Language Pathologists work with families enrolled in the Early Intervention program to help promote the child’s development in areas of delay or concern.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
Possess a current license in the State of Missouri
Physical Requirements
Ability to drive
Ability to get oneself into homes that are not handicapped accessible
Communicate with families enrolled in the program
Ability to utilize a phone
Work in a variety of environments and situations within a private residence
Ability to write
Lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to perform CPR
Pay Breakdown
$36/hour
Full time (30 plus hours)
Some evening hours required
Hours shall be scheduled so that family contacts can be made at hours convenient to families.
