What Winning Looks Like: Align with our Core Values Ability to conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with business owners over Zoom Passion to help grow business leaders with EntreLeadership principles Ability to maintain a roster of 20-30 clients Ability to sell and facilitate on-site workshops Ability to collaborate with the coaching team Skills Needed to Win: International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program or equivalent is required International Coaching Federation Certification is a plus 1+ year OR 100+ hours of 1:1 coaching experience Ability to actively listen to your clients Experience with 360 assessments Strong communication skills, experience facilitating workshops and experience presenting content in front of a camera Some travel is required Targeted Compensation $80,000 - $100,000/year* (includes base and commission) Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission It’s a calling, and we’re on a mission to change lives.
