The successful candidate will initially operate as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function expands.This position is available in Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, and Jacksonville.CompensationBase Salary: $165,000 - $200,000Bonus + Share Purchase PlanVacation: 4 weeksProject ScopeTypical project value: $300M - $400MKey sectors include:Semiconductor / chip foundriesLife sciences / pharmaceutical manufacturingAgri-processingComposites and advanced materialsFocus on clean manufacturing and highly technical industrial construction projectsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of complex manufacturing construction projects across multiple sectorsServe as a senior point of contact for clients, internal teams, and key stakeholdersProvide strategic input on constructability, cost planning, and execution methodologiesCollaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure successful deliveryTravel between offices, project sites, and client locations as requiredSupport the growth of the Manufacturability Center, including contributing to team development and future hiring initiativesKey QualificationsBackground in mechanical or electrical contracting strongly preferredProven experience in industrial and process-driven construction environmentsStrong experience in costing and execution of large-scale, complex buildsDemonstrated ability working with engineering-led organizations and CAPEX projectsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
