This is a full-time engagement (minimum 40 hours/week), typically involving 20-25 interviews per week, meant to be an ongoing collaboration rather than a fixed short-term project. There is an initial ramp-up/training period before you're fully up and running.As an Interview Engineer, you will facilitate technical interviews with Kotlin developers around the world, helping create inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias, improving hiring signals, and completing objective evaluations.Not looking for an interviewer role?
