Sr BA/ Product Owner
Overview Sr BA / Product Owner Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for transforming customer experiences through innovative conversational AI? As a Sr Business Analyst / Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business needs with cutting-edge technology solutions, working across vendor, product, and technical teams to enhance contact center performance and user engagement.
Responsibilities
Work across vendor, product, and technical teams to align business needs with technology solutions and to enhance contact center performance and user engagement.
Collaborate to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product backlog items and ensure successful delivery within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Partner with client teams and vendors to drive conversational AI initiatives, including NLU, IVR, and dialogue design improvements.
Required Skills
2–3+ years in a true Product Owner or product-facing role
Hands-on experience with Conversational AI, NLU, or IVR technologies
Strong understanding of conversation flow design, script logic, and training data analysis
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning
Nice To Have Skills
Familiarity with NICE NLU applications, Genesys, AWS Lex, Google conversational platforms
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Snowflake and Tableau
Knowledge of AWS / Google conversational tools and model training processes
Experience with process flows and use case documentation
Ability to derive insights from conversation transcripts and training data
Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant industry experience in contact center technology or AI-driven customer service platforms
Other Requirements
Availability for hybrid work with flexibility for onsite presence in Fort Mill or other hubs
Willingness to participate in 2–3 interview rounds
Ability to support a rapidly evolving project with potential for full-time conversion
