Manufacturing Engineer

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency within our facility. This position requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Duties Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality standards and production goals. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues effectively. Apply mechanical knowledge to support fabrication, welding, and tooling activities. Implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 standards. Interpreting customer drawings Creating Bills of Material Determining manufacturing processes Working with Manufacturing Planners to create manufacturing plans Managing projects through engineering processes Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAM programming is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is preferred. Experience with project scheduling and managing timelines effectively. Basic office and Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, power point, etc.
