We are known for technical excellence, collaboration, and commitment to high-quality client solutions.Sectors We Operate In Mission Critical and Data Centers Aviation Advanced Manufacturing What You Will DoLead BIM modeling efforts for precast erection plans, components, connections, details, and piece ticketsCoordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP models and drawingsCollaborate with precast manufacturers and internal engineering teamsDevelop and maintain BIM standards, processes, and best practices across projectsOversee preparation of project documentation in accordance with company standardsReview and ensure quality and accuracy of work performed by BIM staffSupport business development efforts through modeling and presentation materialsManage project schedules, deadlines, and team workloadMentor and provide guidance to Precast BIM Specialists and BIM TechniciansManage BIM staff and support team performance and developmentParticipate in training, seminars, and continuous improvement initiativesWork under the direction of precast engineers and support project coordinationWhat You BringAssociate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architectural, Civil, Industrial, or Structural EngineeringMinimum 8 years of experience producing precast documentationExpert proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and TeklaAdvanced knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office and BluebeamStrong ability to read and interpret construction and technical documentsProven leadership experience managing teams and coordinating workflowsStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to effectively work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills Why Join AG&EAt AG&E, you’ll work in a supportive and highly collaborative environment that encourages teamwork.
