The Universal Banker will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their banking needs, including managing deposits, handling cash transactions, and processing loan applications. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing financial guidance, and promoting bank products and services. Attention to detail and adherence to bank policies and procedures are critical to maintaining compliance and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Deposits and Cash Handling, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and bank operationsExperience or knowledge in processing Loans and providing financial product advisoryExemplary Customer Service skills with a focus on building positive client relationshipsExcellent Communication skills and the ability to provide clear and effective interaction with clients and colleaguesBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software and technologyStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsPrior banking or retail experience is a plus but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
