Global Head of Partner Programs
Job Description: Lead the strategic overhaul of the Pigment Partner Network Design and manage a multi-track program governing the partner lifecycle globally Own the roadmap for the Partner Portal Design and implement creative, high-ROI incentive structures Act as the "glue" between Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product Establish a Partner Quality Scorecard Own the global partner communications strategy Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Partner Programs or Channel Operations, with a proven track record of designing and rolling out global partner networks at high-growth B2B SaaS leaders 4+ years working with "Business of Partnerships" and can build financial models showing how ecosystem investments yield material revenue growth You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at influencing stakeholders across time zones and departments without formal authority Deep expertise in the modern RevOps and Partner tech stack (Salesforce, Crossbeam, and PRM platforms like PartnerStack/Allbound) The Pigment Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in "build mode," and possess "Ambition with Humility."
