Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.As a Physical Therapist, you will use a hands-on, family-focused approach to services that strives to increase parents' understanding of their child's strengths & needs, & supports parents in learning how to foster their child's growth & development.Responsibilities:Assess and evaluate children's performance using standardized measures, focusing on postural control, mobility, muscle tone, range of motion, and adaptive device needsProvide transdisciplinary services to families and children, developing and following up on treatment goals within the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)Collaborate with staff, families, physicians, and agencies for team-based treatment planning and service deliveryMaintain client records per Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulationsParticipate in professional development, attend seminars, and complete required EI Specialist Certification for staff working 20+ hours with service coordinationQualifications:Registered in Massachusetts by the Board of Registration in Allied HealthExperience working with infant and early childhoodValid Massachusetts Drivers LicenseBilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increaseSchedule: Varied, 5-25 hours per week available Monday-Friday, between 8am-5:30pmHourly Rate$74.20—$74.20 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
