This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to grow in a dynamic, high-paced environment. This role will assist in driving top-of-funnel activity, nurturing qualified client contacts, building relationships, growing the pipeline, managing the database, executing email campaigns, preparing content, reporting, and handling day-to-day sales operations. Key Responsibilities:Conduct target generation activities using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, industry databases, and outbound outreach strategies.Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and develop prospect lists aligned with SMACT’s technology & service offerings (Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, Advisory, Consulting, Managed Services)Execute email marketing sequences, social outreach campaigns, conference follow-ups, and nurturing sequences to warm prospects.Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership outreach Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and conversion insightsQualify inbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and hand off qualified leads to Sales Executives.Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead and opportunity data in the CRM.Maintain current contact with qualified client prospects and existing customers.Support the creation of outreach messaging, value propositions, and micro-campaign content in collaboration with Marketing.Monitor and report on lead-generation metrics, including outreach volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.Assist Sales Executives with meeting coordination, follow-up emails, and pipeline movement activities.Organize sales calls and meetings using Microsoft Teams and Outlook to keep the sales process moving smoothly.Continuously refining lead generation strategies to improve efficiency and impact.Assist with conference/tradeshow preparation and materials.Support brainstorming and development of innovative sales strategies and engagement ideas. Requirements2-3 years of experience in IT sales support, marketing support, or customer service.Exposure to ERP, Cloud, or enterprise technology solutions preferredCreative mindset with the ability to develop engaging sales ideas and outreach materials.Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and digital communication tools.Good organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.Tactful, helpful demeanor at all times when dealing with internal customers.High-energy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, lighthearted attitude.Change agile - ability to "switch gears" quickly as issues arise.ABOUT SMACT WORKSFounded in 2013, SMACT Works (SMACT) is a premier Oracle-focused advisory and consulting partner delivering cloud, data, and digital transformation across Oracle Cloud and legacy ERP platforms.
