Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center – Grand Junction, CO
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (DOE)Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
About the Role
Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking an organized, compassionate, and professional Admissions Coordinator to join our team!
The Admissions Coordinator plays a key role in welcoming new residents and their families into our community, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth transition into care. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all admissions inquiries
Coordinate and manage the entire admissions process, including pre-admission assessments, payer verifications, and documentation.
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and business office teams to ensure a seamless transition for residents.
Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, promoting the benefits of our skilled nursing services.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
Communicate clearly with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and referral sources.
Qualifications
Previous experience in admissions, healthcare administration, or skilled nursing facility operations required.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of insurance verification, Medicare/Medicaid, and managed care preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Compassionate and professional demeanor with a focus on resident and family satisfaction.
What We Offer
Competitive annual salary: $50,000 – $55,000 DOE
