What You'll DoPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to reduce downtimeDisassemble, clean, and replace worn or damaged machine componentsLog all maintenance work performed on machinery and equipmentTrack and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance suppliesSupport facility maintenance including lighting, filters, minor building repairs, and general upkeepComplete plumbing, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, painting, and carpentry tasks as neededWork with contractors and equipment suppliers on specialized repairs and improvementsHelp design and fabricate jigs and fixtures for production useCoordinate maintenance activities with Production and Supply Chain teamsEscalate unresolved equipment issues to management within required timeframesFollow all company policies and safety proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForAssociate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial maintenance4–6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingExperience troubleshooting electrical systems using a multimeter (low voltage, 120V/240V)Strong mechanical skills across equipment, machines, and facility systemsAbility to read technical drawings and design specificationsComfortable using Microsoft Office for documentation and trackingWilling to become certified on forklifts and scissor liftsAbility to learn and operate machine tools such as saws, drills, presses, and welding torchesClear verbal and written communicationWhat’s In It For YouJoin a company that truly values its employees!
