Delivery Driver

Since our inception in 2012, EDP has helped more than 44 owners of well-run propane businesses transition to their own "next chapter" while benefiting everyone involved.Responsibilities:Loads, secures, transport, delivers, and unloads products to and from specified destinationsProvides exceptional customer serviceParticipates and promotes growth incentivesPerform daily inspections (DDVIR) of the truck, maintaining it in excellent working condition.Must be willing to be a significant member of the service teamInspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenanceMaintains compliance with all federal, state, DOT and company safety requirementsThis role includes on-call responsibilities, as the needs of the company require that you work past your regular departure time or otherwise outside of your regular work hoursMinimum Education:High school diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience.Minimum Work Experience:Previous truck driving experience preferredBasic understanding of computer concepts and usagePhysically able to lift 75 pounds and pull objects up to 125 pounds in all weather conditionsMust possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.Required Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:Class A or B CDL, Hazmat and Tanker EndorsementWe Offer Amazing Benefits!In addition to competitive wages, we are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to help support the physical and financial health of our employees and their families.Our benefits program allows you to customize your coverage, to select the best plans to meet your family's needs while taking advantage of tax savings.
