This is a confidential search for a chef who brings creativity, leadership, and a deep respect for Mexican flavors and techniques—both traditional and modern.Position OverviewThe Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, food quality, and team leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and understands how food, culture, and hospitality come together to create memorable guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a kitchen team with a strong focus on culture, consistency, and executionDevelop and refine menus rooted in authentic Mexican cuisine with a festive, contemporary edgeMaintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and flavorManage food costs, labor, inventory, and vendor relationshipsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standardsCollaborate with leadership on seasonal features, events, and concept growthQualificationsProven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurantStrong background in Mexican cuisine Demonstrated leadership and team-building skillsSolid understanding of kitchen financials and cost controlsPassion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous improvementWhat’s OfferedCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Performance-based incentivesSupportive leadership and long-term growth potentialApplication ProcessThis search is being conducted confidentially.
