Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical intelligence questions. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.Roles and ResponsibilitiesA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefingsApply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problemsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degreeKnowledge of IC and Combatant Command environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence productionKnowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standardsKnowledge of the INDOPACOM AORStrong MIDB ExperiencePhysical Requirements/Work EnvironmentTravelAs neededCompany DescriptionCastalia Systems is a proven business partner providing mission critical solutions to the Federal Government. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,050.00 to $107,350.00 (annualized USD).
