Position Title: Program Manager InternDepartment: ProgramsReports to: Manager, Program ManagementWage range: $27Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Intern to support our Electronics Contract Manufacturing (ECM) operations. In this role, you will help coordinate cross-functional programs from concept through mass production, working closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing partners. In addition, you will support the review, update and improvement of department QMS (Quality Management System) documentation.You will gain hands-on experience managing timelines, coordinating with global suppliers, and supporting new product builds.Principal AccountabilitiesAssist in updating and revising documentation to reflect current processes and best practices within QMSCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality assurance) to gather inputs and validate content and ensure proper document formatting, version control, and adherence to document management proceduresWork with Program Management teams to help reduce excess and obsolete inventoryAssist in identifying and mitigating supply chain or production risksAny other duties assigned during internshipMinimum QualificationsExperience with project management toolsKnowledge of electronics manufacturing processesExposure to supply chain concepts (forecasting, procurement, logistics)Data analysis skillsStrong organizational and project coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentWhat You'll LearnProgram management in high-volume manufacturingSupplier and contract manufacturer coordinationInternship DetailsLocation: on siteNo travel requiredWhy this Role MattersThis Internship Is a Gateway IntoProgram managementSupply Chain/OperationsAs part of our commitment to a safe and trustworthy workplace, Impact ES Vancouver conducts background checks on all final candidates.
