Director, SolutionsNew York, New York, United StatesWe are looking for a Director of Solutions to lead and scale our Solutions team (currently 5 members) and play a pivotal role in shaping how VTS brings its full product vision to market.This leader will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, translating product innovation into compelling, outcome-oriented narratives that resonate with prospective customers. You will own how we visualize, communicate, and demonstrate the value of our platformensuring our go-to-market (GTM) story is clear, differentiated, and continuously evolving.Critically, this role will also lead the evolution of VTS's end-to-end platform narrative, bringing together our Lease and Activate products into a cohesive, compelling story. You will partner closely with Product to help define how these offerings connectfrom data to tenant experienceand ensure that story is effectively translated into the field. This role is critical to ensuring that VTS fully capitalizes on its product innovationacross both Lease and Activateby clearly articulating its value to the market. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $180,000 and $200,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
