Plumber/Pipefitter

The Plumber / Pipefitter will perform interior and exterior gas piping modifications associated with residential and commercial meter relocations (“meter move-outs”). Work includes: Measuring, cutting, and threading black iron pipe Installing black iron piping from interior meter locations to exterior meter locations Drilling through exterior walls and/or foundations Ensuring piping is plumb, code-compliant, and professionally installed Working safely inside customer owned property Maintaining clean and professional job sites Pressure testing This position requires a high level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. You will be working inside customers’ property and representing Middleton Mechanical LLC directly. Minimum Requirements (Must Have All to Apply) Experience Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience performing similar gas piping or plumbing work Strong experience measuring, cutting, threading, and installing black iron pipe Experience drilling through masonry, foundations, and exterior walls Experience working with residential gas piping systems Licensing & Driving Clean driving record Must pass MVR review Must be able to pass a DOT Physical Must pass a background check Drug Testing Must be drug free Subject to pre-employment and random testing Work Expectations Willing to travel anywhere in the State of Ohio Overnight stays required when applicable (hotel provided) Daily per diem provided for travel Must be professional, clean-cut, and respectful inside customer property Must be capable of working in physically demanding environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Per diem provided Hotel/motel lodging provided as needed Company vehicle provided (for qualified candidates) Company Matched 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available Steady year-round work What We Expect As with all Middleton Mechanical LLC positions, we operate at a high level of quality and professionalism. This is a fast-paced field environment and is not suitable for individuals who cannot meet high performance and travel expectations.
