Job Profile: Sales AssociateLocation: FieldReports To: General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift LeadersPosition PurposeAt Great American Cookies, the Sales Associate is an integral part of the day-to-day operations ofthe cookie store and is the face of the company in the eyes of our guests. Their top priority is tofacilitate a fun and exciting experience for every customer. The associate works under thesupervision of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader to ensure our guests have apositive experience and keep coming back.DimensionsThis position reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader in a particularoperating location, performing a wide range of tasks including preparing ingredients, baking,decorating, and ringing up customers. The Sales Associate works in a fast-paced environmentand must be able to quickly prioritize and switch tasks to meet company needs.Primary Accountabilities• In addition to following Front Range Holdings policies and procedures, principalaccountabilities are, but are not limited to:Daily ResponsibilitiesServe guests and create an exciting experience.Operate a register and ensure accountability of money.Decorate cookies and cakes with a wide variety of templates.Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas.Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating.Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are followed.Adhere to all Great American Cookie and Front Range Holdings standards.Perform other duties as required by their manager.Position SpecificationsExcellent customer service skills.Good verbal communication.Ability to multi-task.Attention to detail.Must be a team play
