JOB REQUIREMENTS: HOURS: Monday Friday; 8am-5pm REPORTS TO: AccountsPayable Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt WORK FROM HOME STATUS: EligibleAfter a period of in-person training and time working onsite with yourteam, this role has the option to work remotely (in WI only at thistime). In general, this timeframe tends to be 3-6 months. Note thatthere will be situations when someone may choose or be asked to returnonsite which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance. As an accounts payable paymentassociate, you\'ll be assisting with the workflow in the AccountsPayable Payment area and serve as backup as needed within other areas ofAccounts Payable. Here\'s what a typical day might look like. Otherduties may be assigned. Ensure vendor record integrity. Process and submit payments tovendors. Ensure that all information on remittance advices to vendors isaccurate. Process freight invoices for payment. Responsible for timelyfollow-up to customer and vendor inquiries. Assist with completingvendor paperwork, including verifying banking information. Work on anyprojects as assigned by manager. Review and reconcile vendor statements.Assist in processing vendor credit memos. Assist with entering vendorinvoices as needed. Assist customers and vendors with requests andpayment information via telephone. Extremely organizedand focused on the details that matter. Able to demonstrate strongcomputer skills with working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and MSOffice Suite. Someone who enjoys change and trying new things. Requirededucation/skills/experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2years of experience in accounting-related functions or a similar field.Associate\'s degree in accounting or related field a plus. MicrosoftExcel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows proficiency. Data entry and10-key proficiency.
