Select is a youth soccer club dedicated to developing strong, confident, and well-rounded young people through soccer. Our mission is to foster a positive, competitive, and community-oriented experience that prepares players for future success, both on and off the field. We also own and operate the South Shore Sports Center, a community Sports Center offering various recreational programs for kids and adults.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, action-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Director (ED). This role will ensure the efficient operation of the leadership team’s day-to-day activities by managing their schedules, handling communications, and organizing projects. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Club’s administrative needs and driving efficiency at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage calendars for the CEO and ED, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Coordinate and drive the agenda for staff meetings, take notes, share them with the team, and ensure that all staff have clear understanding of any follow up required from staff meetings.
Communication Management:
As needed, triage inbound emails to the CEO and ED. Redirect emails to the appropriate leader within the organization for a response and organize the communications that require a direct response from the CEO or ED.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and staff, clients, or external partners.
Draft and proofread correspondence on behalf of the CEO and ED.
Manage follow-up communications to ensure timely responses to tasks and projects.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with the Club Administrator to support administrative needs associated with scheduling, communications and special events.
Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
General Support:
Immerse in and understand the various relationships critical to the Club’s success so you can effectively manage the CEO’s time.
Provide general office support and collaborate with other administrative staff.
Perform errands and additional tasks as needed to support the leadership team.

He/she must have exceptional organizational and communication skills and must be adept at managing relationships to build partnership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve problems independently and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar industry (sports, youth organizations).
Knowledge of project management tools.
Familiarity with financial administration and bookkeeping tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
