This role offers a steady, desirable Monday-through-Friday day shift, letting you balance a rewarding trade career with plenty of time for your family and personal life.What You Will Be DoingUtilizing pneumatic air tools and sanding equipment to clean, deburr, and prepare raw fabricated metal surfaces for paint adhesionSetting up, mixing, and applying high-quality primers and industrial liquid coatings to metal products inside a dedicated spray paint boothRegulating spray gun pressure, fluid flow, and fan patterns to ensure an even, consistent finish free of runs, sags, or thin spotsPerforming routine cleanings and basic preventative maintenance on spray guns, hoses, and paint booth filtration systemsInspecting completed parts to ensure they meet visual quality standards before moving to final assembly or shippingAdhering to all shop safety protocols, including the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and respirator safety What We Are Looking ForSpray Gun Foundation: 1 or more years of professional experience operating industrial paint spray guns (liquid/wet paint environments preferred)Pneumatic Skills: 1+ years of experience safely using pneumatic air tools for material preparation or finishing workProven Longevity: A rock-solid, stable employment history with a track record of holding individual positions for 3 or more consecutive yearsReliability: A dedicated, punctual professional who values showing up on time for a consistent Monday-Friday shiftRequirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a comfortable 45-minute commute of the Richfield / Germantown area
