Major/Essential Functions The pharmacist provides outpatient prescriptions, sterile compounding, and investigational drug services. Occasional Duties Transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy, and certification by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. One year of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital or retail pharmacy.
