What You Will do as a Team Leader: Supervise and: Assist in managing the daily activities to achieve excellent performance Role model behavior that motivates and inspire others Create an environment that is fun, friendly, clean and safe Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety Work in a fast-paced and high energy environment that requires you to shift priorities Qualifications: Have a minimum of 12 months management experience in the restaurant industry Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management Read and write in English Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
