Fleet Territory Manager

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the commercial transportation industry.Proven experience in dealing with commercial transportation companies (fleets), distributors, re-sellers and other intermediaries.Experience in dealing with trailer and truck OEMs is a differential.Frequent travel (~70% field work), national and internationalDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizations.Strong business sense and industry expertiseStrong negotiation and relationship building skills besides high level of resiliency.Attention to details and organized.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.English language as a second languageAchieve growth and hit sales targets defined by upper management.Interact with peers and other company's areas, from a local and global standpoint, to ensure company's best practices related to ethics and compliance, revenue and profitability growth strategies, execution.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the region.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Present sales, revenue, expenses and other reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Represent the company among regional industry associations and other stakeholders.
