A company is looking for a Sr. Integrated Absence Specialist. Key Responsibilities Administer Leave of Absence and related claims in accordance with established protocols Manage and track eligibility for job-protected leaves and provide guidance on regulations and company policies Coordinate return to work efforts and ensure high-quality customer service for claimants and clients Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of experience in Leave of Absence and/or related disability Thorough understanding of Federal and Statutory regulations regarding FMLA, CFRA, and PDL Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications CPDM certification preferred General knowledge of Benefit Taxability
